Farm Tour T’s and C’s
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation. By proceeding with a booking you acknowledge you have read and understood this information.
Prices, Payment Information, and booking fees:
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. A full payment is required to proceed with a booking by using our online system. Payments must be made prior to the tour date.
Once you’ve made payment for your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email with important information regarding your booking. Please read this information carefully. If you notice any errors or have any questions regarding your booking, please reply to this email within 24 hours. Sometimes we will request additional information. If so, it is your responsibility to provide this information.
Itinerary Changes, Cancellations and Refund policy:
Farm Tours will commence regardless of the weather. Please dress accordingly and be prepared. For Cancellations outside of 12 hours we can provide a refund on the cost of your booking. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable. Failure to turn up for your booking at the specified time will be considered a late cancellation. Good Family Farms reserves the right to postpone or cancel any tour and our itineraries are subject to change. If your tour is postponed or cancelled, Good Family Farms will endeavour to reschedule your booking to a suitable date and time, however if you are unable to do this we may be able to provide a credit for use within 12 months.
Liability and Completion of Risk Waiver:
Good Family Farms does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expense, or inconveniences caused by any events which are beyond our control. We accept no responsibility for climatic conditions that do not match your expectations. All activities engaged in are solely at your own risk and of your own choice. All participants must complete a Waiver of Liability prior to the tour.
