Ordering

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the listing, or we are unable to fulfil delivery to your location. You will be notified and any payment already collected will be refunded.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete checkout is the price you will be charged.

Taxes

Applicable taxes are applied at checkout in accordance with Canadian federal and Ontario provincial law. Basic groceries — including fresh and frozen meat, poultry, eggs, and produce — are zero-rated for GST/HST purposes. Tallow body care products and certain prepared or snack foods are subject to 13% HST in Ontario. If you have questions about the tax treatment of a specific product, please contact us.

Perishable Nature of Products

Our products include fresh and frozen perishable foods. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive orders, or to select an appropriate pickup option. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy for details on how we handle delivery issues and product quality concerns.

Pickup and Delivery

We offer farm pickup, local Grey-Bruce delivery, and extended-zone delivery to parts of the Greater Toronto Area and Kitchener-Waterloo. Full details, including coverage areas, delivery days, and free-shipping thresholds, are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Intellectual Property
