We raise our animals the right way and we want your order to arrive cold, fresh, and on time.
Delivery
Free delivery on orders $300 and up. Under $300, delivery is $35. There is no order minimum. The price is the same in every area.
Where we deliver, every week
- Local: Collingwood, Meaford, Thornbury, Clarksburg, The Blue Mountains, Kimberley, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Glen Huron, Creemore, Nottawa, Duntroon, Owen Sound and Flesherton
- Greater Toronto Area: the City of Toronto and the Peel, York, Halton and Durham regions
- Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge
- Guelph

When it arrives
Order by Friday 8 PM for delivery the next week. Most orders arrive Thursday or Friday. Orders placed after Friday 8 PM go out the week after.
Cold-chain handling
Everything travels frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs. Please refrigerate or freeze items promptly upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or thawed, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging if you can. If you are not home
Our products include fresh and frozen perishable foods. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive orders, or to select an appropriate pickup option.
Tracking and changes
Our delivery partner emails you a tracking link with your order status and delivery time. If you need to change anything, reply to that email or use the contact options in it. You don't need to contact us first.
Free pickup
Farm Store: 157366 7th Line, Meaford, Ontario, N4L 1W6. Wednesday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm. Please contact store@goodfamilyfarms.ca or 519-270-1444 to arrange a pickup time.
Collingwood Farmers' Market: Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm during market season. We keep your order cold until you arrive.
