Educational Farm Tours

Learn about regenerative farming on a personalized tour with one of our farmers.

Behind the scenes

A working farm, from the passenger seat.

Jump on one of our farm vehicles for an educational tour around Good Family Farms. Get a behind-the-scenes look at our animals, land, and regenerative farming practices.

We walk through the barns and visit cows, pigs, chickens, fruit trees, and veggie gardens. Then we ride to the back acreage to explore the land, see animals on pasture, and visit the forest. The tour ends at our Farm Store (with 10% off meat!) for some shopping.

What you will see

Pasture, barns, and the people who work them.

Tours are built for curious families and neighbours who want to understand how food is raised here — this not a "staged" show farm. You will meet livestock where they live, have a real farmer answer your questions, and leave with a clearer picture of regenerative practice on 600 acres in Meaford.

All ages welcome · six seats max

Out back

Into the woodlot and the back acreage.

After the barns, we head out to see animals on pasture and visit the forest. Pigs root outdoors. Hens follow the cattle. The land is the classroom.

When the hour is up, we finish at the Farm Store so you can take something home from the cooler.

Healthy soil, food, and people — that is the whole idea behind the tour.

Farm life

See them where they live.

Barns, pasture, gardens — and the animals that call this place home. On tour you get up close with real farm life: cows, pigs, chickens, and whatever the day brings. If the farm dogs are out, they might say hello too.
