Yolks the colour of late August. Our hens spend May through September on pasture in mobile coops, moved to fresh grass every three days, eating soy-free organic grain and whatever they forage along the way.
The foraging is what you taste. Fry one and see.
Twelve large eggs. Keep refrigerated.
Pickup or delivery, your call.
Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
