About this item
Half ground beef, half ground pork. The 50/50 blend is what we reach for when meatballs, meatloaf or a Bolognese needs both depth and richness.
The beef is 100% grass-fed; the pork is heritage-breed, raised outdoors year-round on farm-grown peas, oats and barley. Both from this farm, nothing else added.
~0.5 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.
Pickup or delivery, your call.
Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. All online orders in by Friday 8pm to secure next-week delivery. Packed Saturday morning. Third-party shipping picks up Tuesday mid-day. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
