Beef bacon for the table that skips pork. Cured with maple syrup and sea salt, smoked over natural maple wood, and sliced ready for the pan.
It comes from our 100% grass-fed herd, raised entirely on the pastures of Grey County. Crisp it gently; the fat is leaner than pork and likes medium heat.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
