About this item
A whole beef heart from our grass-fed herd. Lean, fine-grained and closer to steak than you'd guess: trim it, slice it thin, and give it a fast sear, or cube it slow into a stew.
Our cattle are raised entirely on forage, rotating through fresh pasture in Grey County. Whole-animal eating starts with cuts like this.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
