Slow-dried in small batches from our 100% grass-fed beef. The ingredient list is short and reads like a kitchen, not a lab: beef, tamari, apple cider vinegar, salt, natural wood smoke.
Chewy, smoky, and gone faster than you planned. Good for the truck, the trail and the lunchbox.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
