Roast these until the centres go soft and golden, then spread the marrow on good toast with flaky salt. Or drop them in the stockpot and let them make the richest broth in the house.
Marrow bones from our 100% grass-fed herd, raised on the pastures of Grey County for a minimum of two years.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
