About this item
A slow-roast favourite. Cross rib rewards a covered pot, a splash of broth, and an unhurried afternoon. It slices clean and makes its own gravy.
Our cattle eat grasses, legumes and forbs and nothing else, a minimum of two years on rotationally grazed pasture in Grey County.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
