Lean and generous. A sirloin roast cooks quicker than the tougher cuts and slices beautifully for a table of plates or a week of lunches.
It comes from our 100% grass-fed herd in Meaford: heritage breeds, forage only, fresh paddocks all growing season.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
