Osso buco at home. Beef shank is cut crosswise with the marrow bone in the middle, and a slow braise pulls everything together into something worth the wait.
From our 100% grass-fed herd: heritage English breeds raised on forage alone, rotating through the pastures of Grey County.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
