About this item
The start of good broth. A generous bag of bones from our grass-fed herd, ready for the stockpot with an onion, a carrot and a slow afternoon.
Roast them first for a darker, deeper stock. Our cattle are raised entirely on forage in Grey County, and it shows in the gel.
~1.35 kg avg pack. Keep frozen until broth day.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
