About this item
The original cooking fat. Rendered from our 100% grass-fed herd, beef tallow has a high smoke point and a clean, savoury depth that seed oils never had.
Roast potatoes in it once and you will not go back. It also sears steak, fries eggs, and keeps for months in the pantry.
~0.83 kg avg tub. Store in a cool, dry place.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
