About this item
The tenderest cut on the animal, and the one we cut sparingly. Tenderloin asks for a hot pan, a short sear, and restraint with everything else.
Our cattle are heritage English breeds raised entirely on forage in Meaford: grasses, legumes and forbs, never grain, with a minimum of two years on rotating pasture.
~0.2 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
