A whole beef tongue, the old-world delicacy that still earns its place. Simmer it slow with aromatics, peel it, and slice it for tacos de lengua or a proper deli sandwich.
From our 100% grass-fed herd, raised on rotating pasture here in Meaford with nothing but forage.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
