A proper wiener with nothing to hide. Six per package, made from our 100% grass-fed beef and cured the traditional way with maple syrup, sea salt and cultured celery powder, then smoked over maple wood.

Grill them until they snap. The kids will not know they switched sides; the grown-ups will.
