The Sunday pot roast. Blade has the marbling to go low and slow until it gives way to a fork, with enough left for sandwiches Monday.
From our 100% grass-fed herd, moved through fresh paddocks all season here in Meaford. Slow cuts carry the depth of that diet best.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
