About this item
Cut for the grill with the bone left in, the way it used to come wrapped in butcher paper. The bone slows the cooking just enough to keep the meat juicy.
Our cattle eat grasses, legumes and forbs and nothing else, rotating through fresh paddocks in Meaford with sea salt and seaweed for minerals.
~0.5 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
