About this item
The smoker's cut. Brisket wants low heat and a long afternoon, and it repays the patience at the table.
Ours comes from 100% grass-fed cattle, moved through fresh paddocks all growing season on a diet of grasses, legumes and forbs. No grain at any point. Slow cuts like this carry that depth best.
~1.5 kg avg pack. Keep frozen until the day before; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
