The soup pot's quiet workhorse. A fresh pork hock braises into silky meat and a broth thick with collagen; German cooks roast it whole until the skin crackles.
From our heritage pigs, outdoors year-round in the bush and pasture of Meaford, fed farm-grown grain.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
