Our house burger. Half grass-fed beef, half heritage pork, seasoned simply with maple syrup, sea salt, mustard, spice and garlic. Four patties per package, and the pork fat keeps them juicy without any help.
Everything in them was raised here in Meaford: cattle on pasture, pigs outdoors in the bush on grain we grow and grind ourselves.
