About this item
Half a pasture-raised bird, the right size for a roast dinner for two with lunch to spare. Skin-on and ready for a hot oven or the barbecue, spatchcock-style.
Our chickens live on fresh grass through the season, foraging alongside farm-ground grain.
~1.5 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge for a day.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
