About this item
Old-school and unapologetically rich. Jowl bacon is smoked, sliced pork jowl, the cut Italian cooks guard for carbonara and Southern cooks for greens and beans.
It renders slow and crisps deep. From our heritage-breed pigs, raised outdoors on farm-grown grain and finished in the smokehouse.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
