A smoked knuckle bone from our grass-fed herd. For the dog, it is the best afternoon of the month. For the stockpot, it is dense with the collagen that makes broth set like it should.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
