About this item
Flanken-cut across the bone, the way Korean barbecue wants them. A sweet and salty marinade, a hot grill, a few minutes a side, and they disappear fast.
From 100% grass-fed cattle raised on rotationally grazed pasture in Grey County. The marbling comes from the forage and the time we give it.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
