Deli-sliced smoked beef done the Montreal way: brined with sea salt, garlic, mustard and spice, smoked over natural wood, and sliced thin.

Pile it warm on rye with mustard. The beef is from our 100% grass-fed herd, raised on rotating pasture in Meaford.
