About this item
The richest braise in the freezer. Oxtail is mostly bone and connective tissue, which is exactly the point: hours of low heat turn it into a deep, glossy stew.
It comes from our 100% grass-fed herd, raised on rotating pasture in Meaford with nothing but forage from start to finish.
~1.5 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
