About this item
An old-world favourite that never needed improving. Pig tails are rich with collagen: braise or roast them slow until sticky, or drop them in the pot for a soup stock with real body.
Raw, they are a treat the dog will take seriously. From our heritage pigs, raised outdoors in Meaford.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. All online orders in by Friday 8pm to secure next-week delivery. Packed Saturday morning. Third-party shipping picks up Tuesday mid-day. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
