About this item
The fall-off-the-bone rack. Back ribs from our heritage pork want a dry rub, a low oven or smoker, and a brush of sauce at the end. Patience is the only hard ingredient.
The pigs are raised outdoors year-round here in Meaford, fed peas, oats and barley from our own fields.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
