The pulled-pork roast. Pork butt has the marbling to go eight hours in the smoker or the slow cooker and come out better for every one of them.
From our Tamworth and Hampshire heritage pigs, raised outdoors year-round in Meaford on peas, oats and barley we grow and grind fresh.
~2.1 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge for a day before cooking.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
