About this item
The holiday table cut. A prime rib roast feeds a gathering and makes the house smell like an occasion for hours before anyone sits down.
Ours comes from 100% grass-fed cattle, heritage English breeds raised on rotating pasture in Grey County with nothing but forage, sea salt and seaweed.
~2.6 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge for two days before the big day.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
