A whole dry-cured summer sausage, the kind that used to hang in every farm kitchen. Grass-fed beef and heritage pork, maple syrup, sea salt, garlic and mustard, smoked over maple wood.
Slice it as you need it. It keeps in a cool pantry and improves a cheese board without any styling.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
