A cut with two lives. Roast tri-tip slow like a small Sunday roast, or grill it whole, rest it well, and slice it thin for a crowd.
From 100% grass-fed cattle raised on rotating pasture here in Meaford, on a diet of grasses, legumes and forbs with sea salt and seaweed for minerals.
~1.15 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
