Two trotters per package, the old-world foundation of broths that set firm and sauces that cling. Hours of gentle simmering pull out collagen nothing else matches.
They also make a serious raw chew for the dog. From heritage pigs raised outdoors on this farm.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
