About this item
Long, thin strips cut from the round, made for old-world rouladen: rolled around mustard, onion and a strip of bacon, browned, then braised until tender.
Our cattle are raised on a 100% forage diet in Grey County, moved to fresh pasture through the season. Lean cuts like this reward the slow way.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
