About this item
Stew night, settled. These cubes come from the hard-working cuts that turn silky after a couple of hours with root vegetables and a bay leaf.
Our herd is 100% grass-fed, raised at least two years on rotationally grazed pasture here in Meaford with sea salt and seaweed for minerals.
~0.5 kg avg pack. Keep frozen; thaw in the fridge overnight.

Pick up free at our Farm Store in Meaford: Wednesday to Friday 10 to 6, Saturday 10 to 4. Order by Monday 10am for same-week delivery. Delivery fees: $50 under $250, $25 at $250–$499, free over $500.
